If you connect it, events of the calendars you choose are read only and not stored. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use, and never use the data for ads or AI training

The apps do not use the device advertising identifier, contacts, photo library or microphone.

To set the true solar time of a reading (Will It Work Out?) or a date selection, the app asks permission to read the longitude of your device's location. The longitude is used on the device to calculate that moment and is not sent to our server; only the resulting reading time is stored with the reading. If you decline, you can choose a city instead.

SimSaju's calendar widget keeps the longitude of the region you choose (or, if you allow it, your approximate location) on the device and sends it to our server each time the widget refreshes, only to calculate the local time and calendar pillars. The server does not store it.

• ·Sign-in: email and password, Google (Android and web) and Sign in with Apple (iPhone). If you choose Hide My Email with Apple, we receive only Apple's relay address. You can link or unlink sign-in methods for one account on the "Sign-in methods" screen.
• ·In-app purchases are made only through Google Play Billing (Android) and Apple In-App Purchase (iPhone). We receive only what is needed to confirm a purchase (order/transaction ID, product, time) and never your card or bank details. Refunds follow each store's process; when a store notifies us of a refund, the credits granted are taken back.

• ·To calculate charts and readings and write answers, manage accounts, confirm purchases and grant credits, prevent abuse and fix errors.
• ·Screen usage records (which screens you opened) are kept with your account and used for daily check-in rewards and to improve features.
• ·We show no ads, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell personal data.

We share only what each provider needs. Each provider processes data under its own security policies.

Chart calculations (four pillars, luck cycles) and the I Ching, Plum Blossom and Da Liu Ren casting run on our own servers, not third parties.

• ·Delete your account at any time: "Delete account" at the bottom of each app's home or settings screen, or on the web under Me → Delete account. Sign-in is blocked and your email and nickname are removed immediately; personal records (charts, questions, readings, conversations, diaries) are destroyed after 30 days. You can ask to restore the account within those 30 days.
• ·Kept as required by law: payment and withdrawal-of-order records for 5 years (Korean e-commerce law), tax records for 6 years (Canada Revenue Agency), abuse-prevention records for 6 months. Records tied to payments, such as the Hae time-purchase ledger, are kept for these periods.
• ·Hae conversations can be cleared with "Delete all", and diary entries can be deleted one by one at any time. Database backup copies are deleted automatically within 7 days.
• ·When an account created with Sign in with Apple is deleted, we delete our account and records as above. The Sign in with Apple connection on Apple's side is not removed automatically; you can remove it yourself in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, then choose this app.

Account deletion

These apps are not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that a child's data was collected, we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop processing it or withdraw consent, at any time. Contact us below; we respond within 7 business days.
