앱 개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 2297450 Alberta Ltd.(앨버타, 캐나다 · 이하 “개발사”)가 개발하여 Google Play 에 게시한 아래 앱에 적용됩니다. 개발사는 이 앱들의 개발자이자 앱에서 처리되는 개인정보의 책임자입니다.
This privacy policy applies to the Android apps below, developed and published on Google Play by 2297450 Alberta Ltd. (Alberta, Canada; the “Developer”). The Developer is responsible for personal data processed through these apps.

앱은 같은 계정으로 쓰는 웹 서비스(funyi.shiningspirits.org · saju.shiningspirits.org)를 화면으로 엽니다. 이 웹 서비스와 서버는 2494144 ALBERTA LTD.(앨버타, 캐나다 · 이하 “운영사”)가 개발사의 위탁을 받아 운영합니다. 운영사는 앱 이용자의 정보를 이 방침에서 밝힌 목적으로만, 개발사를 대신해 처리합니다.
The apps open the web service (funyi.shiningspirits.org, saju.shiningspirits.org) that shares the same account. That service and its servers are operated by 2494144 ALBERTA LTD. (Alberta, Canada; the “Operator”) on behalf of the Developer. The Operator processes app users’ data only for the purposes stated here, on the Developer’s behalf.

- Google Play 결제의 주문 번호·구매 토큰·상품만(카드 정보는 받지 않음) / order ID, purchase token and product only; no card data

- 일진일기에서 연결한 경우 고른 캘린더의 일정을 읽기만 하고 저장하지 않습니다. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(Limited Use 포함)을 따르며 광고·AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다 / read-only, not stored; complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use

앱은 기기 고유 식별자·연락처·사진첩을 읽지 않습니다. 점사·택일에서 그 순간의 시각을 계산할 때만 허락을 받아 휴대폰 위치의 경도를 받으며(위도·주소는 받지 않음, 거절하면 지역을 직접 고름), 위젯에서 이용자가 고른 지역의 경도는 기기에 저장되고, 위젯을 새로 그릴 때 그 지역의 시각과 간지를 계산하려고 서버에 보내지며 서버는 이를 저장하지 않습니다. The apps do not access device identifiers, contacts or photos. Divination and date-selection features may ask permission to read only the longitude of your location (no latitude or address; you can pick a region instead). For widgets, the longitude of the region you choose is kept on the device and sent to our server on each refresh only to calculate local time and calendar pillars; it is not stored.
4. 쓰는 곳과 맡기는 곳 · Use and sharing
정보는 사주 계산과 답·리포트 작성, 계정 관리, 구매 확인, 부정 이용 방지에만 씁니다. 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 글 작성(Anthropic), 데이터베이스(Supabase), 호스팅(Vercel·AWS), 결제 확인(Google) 등 위탁 업체와 국외 이전은 서비스 개인정보처리방침 7조와 같습니다.
Data is used only to calculate charts, write answers and reports, manage accounts, verify purchases and prevent abuse. It is never sold or used for advertising. Service providers (e.g. Anthropic for text generation, Supabase for database, Vercel and AWS for hosting, Google for purchase verification) are listed in section 7 of the service privacy policy.
5. 보관과 삭제 · Retention and deletion
- ·앱 안 「설정」 또는 웹의 「나 → 회원 탈퇴」에서 계정을 지울 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 바로 로그인을 막고, 30일 뒤 기록을 파기합니다(법령상 보관 기록 제외).
- ·解 대화는 「모두 지우기」로, 일기는 한 편씩 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
- ·You can delete your account in the app settings or on the web (Me → Delete account). Sign-in is blocked immediately and records are destroyed after 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
